We promise to keep all personal details secure and confidential. Personal details will not be disclosed unless required by law.
We will only use your personal details to process your order and if you agree to receive news, product updates and general marketing material from NZ Baby Buggy Co.
New Zealand orders
NZ Baby Buggy Co. accept order payments via Paypal for VISA, MasterCard. An invoice will be sent to your email address for you to generate a payment. Please allow for a Paypal transaction fee of 3.4% + 0.45 cents. Please call +64 27 369 3487 if you have queries.
We also accept Internet banking, NZ Post Money Orders, Bank Cheque and Personal Cheque. Orders paid via Internet Banking, NZ Post Money Order, Bank/ Personal Cheque will be dispatched once funds have cleared. Our payment details are emailed to you with your order comfirmation.
Lay-by Terms & Conditions
NZ Baby Buggy Co. offer a 3 month lay-by to New Zealand customers on orders over $400 (excluding shipping charges).
Minimum deposit of 20%
Full payment to be made within three (3) months
Payments to be made on a weekly/fortnightly basis to nominated bank account, please include your name.
In the event of cancellation (before assembly has occurred) or failure to comply with agreed payment plan, goods will be returned to stock and a $75 cancellation/admin fee will apply.

Shipping & Delivery
New Zealand Orders
NZ Baby Buggy Co. offer road transport delivery throughout New Zealand from Manawatu.
NZ Baby Buggy Co. ship all baby buggy products direct from our Manawatu factory; approximate delivery time is 7-10 days, depending on your location. Items are sent via road transport New Zealand wide to your door.
If you require your order urgently please contact us on =64 27 369 3487 to discuss delivery options, we will do our best to get you what you need as soon as possible.
Orders paid via Internet Banking, Cheque or Money Order, will be processed as soon as funds have cleared.
Please Note: Rural locations are charged an extra shipping fee.
Out of Stock Items
NZ Baby Buggy Co. will notify you as soon as possible to discuss your order options. You will be given the opportunity to wait for the item to be re-stocked or alternatively choose another item or cancel your order.
For all International Orders please email email@example.com for international freight cost & delivery time.
All orders will be processed once funds have cleared.

All items shipped by NZ Baby Buggy Co. are covered against loss or damage in transit. Do not sign for delivery if you suspect the item has been damaged In transit. In the unfortunate event a delivery is damaged or tampered with please contact us immediately at email@example.com or 027 369 3487.
Tracking your order
Items purchased from NZ Baby Buggy Co. may not be returned for a full refund of the cost of the item. In the event of a refund there will be a $75 administration fee.
Cancelling an order
Most orders are assembled to order and therefore no cancellation of order is accepted as soon as assembly begins. In the event of cancellation there is a $75 cancellation fee.
Register your product online at http//nzbabybuggyco.wix.com/everest using the online form for product registraton. Registering your product enables NZ Baby Buggy Co. to apply a warranty process in the event that you need to make a claim, and also allows us to contact you should your product require a safety upgrade in future.
We are dedicated to delivering a quality product to all our customers. All of our products are warranted for 12 months from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.
If we determine that the product has a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it free of charge for you. The decision to repair or replace is solely at the discretion of NZ Baby Buggy Co.
A repair may mean we will send you a replacement part to be fitted by yourself if it is deemed unnecessary to return the baby buggy. Due to some parts being discontinued or unavailable, replacement parts and product may be subject to minor variations when compared to the faulty part.
What do you require?
All warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (sales receipt) to allow verification of the date of purchase. Where proof of purchase is not provided, NZ Baby Buggy Co. reserves the right to charge a service fee and/or charge for parts replaced/repaired. A return freight charge may also apply.
Please retain your Proof of Purchase.
Only the original owner is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and must have purchased the product from NZ Baby Buggy Co. The best way to ensure your covered is by registering your product online post-purchase!
What is not covered under warranty?
Our manufacturing warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, abnormal use, overloading, general wear and tear, child outgrowing product, not following instructions, transportation damage (including airline or freight damage), poorly maintained product, dropped goods, negligence, second hand product, modified product, colour fading, over inflation, mould, damage to handle foam in use or fabric cuts and tears.
Our warranty also does not cover tyre punctures or corrosion to frames or fasteners as a result of atmospheric or environmental conditions.
The warranty is ‘return to base’ and not a free in home service. This means you'll need to arrange for the product to get to NZ Baby Buggy Co. factory for warranty or service.
Outside of warranty terms?
If your product is outside the one year warranty period or if the fault is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will happily repair your product where possible for a reasonable charge.

Any consequential loss or damage to any person or property directly or indirectly as a result of using product.
Please note that tyers, inner tubes and foam hand grips are not covered by warranty, except for ‘out of box’ failure.

Please note: Postage/shipping/insurance and handling of products is not refundable unless product is considered faulty.
